Windows 10 Compatibility Issue with MYOB Old Versions
Microsoft released an update to its Windows 10 operating system. ABSS analysis suggests that older and unsupported versions of our MYOB ABSS software have been impacted by this software release. Some customers have received a denial of access prompt and are blocked when logging into their MYOB ABSS system.
Customers using these versions are affected:
MYOB Accounting v24 and below
MYOB Premier v13 and below
MYOB Premier Plus v15 and below
These versions of ABSS are no longer supported and therefore, we recommend a swift resolution to upgrade to the latest version of ABSS. We have applied this resolution to many customers and they have restored their access and full functionality. This upgrade also enables a lot of new features & value to help automate business processes.
